CIRCUIT DETAILS - Q12/4 (2008)

Riders join the circuit from the main course as they carry on around the Brenzett - Ham Street - Shadoxhurst - Woodchurch - Appledore circuit. The finishing circuit Starts at Gable Hook Farm. Then turns left at Brissenden Oak, left at Great Engham cross roads, and Shirkoak cross roads. Bear left at T junction with Shadoxhurst Road and follow through Shadoxhurst to Stubbs Cross where it turns left again toward New Street Farm and the junction of the A28. Then left toward Gable Hook Farm. Riders complete as many circuits as possible until the time runs out.

Time keepers are positioned at equal distances around the circuit. When a rider has completed his 12 hours he rides on to the next time keeper before stopping. His final mileage is based on a caluclated distance between the last two timekeepers.
